Job summary

The role requires PA licensure, a CAPTE-accredited degree (MS or DPT preferred), CPR/BLS, and a valid driver’s license with car insurance.

Qualifications

• Requires licensure to practice physical therapy in Pennsylvania.
• BLS/CPR certification as a healthcare provider.
• Valid driver’s license and car insurance.
• Bachelor’s degree from CAPTE-accredited school of physical therapy (MS or Doctorate preferred).
• Licensed to practice physical therapy in Pennsylvania.
