Job summary

Trinity Healthcare Talent Services, LLC is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a large skilled nursing facility. The role offers a salary range of $40-$52 per hour, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday with one weekend day per month, and opportunities to make a meaningful impact on patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar setting.
• Strong knowledge of physical therapy principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to determine their physical therapy needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans for each patient based on their specific condition and goals.
• Implement and monitor treatment plans, making adjustments as needed.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and techniques to improve mobility, strength, and function.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as nurses and doctors, to provide comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Monitor patient progress and make recommendations for discharge or further treatment as needed.
• Stay current with advancements in physical therapy techniques and incorporate them into practice.
