• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and lifestyle modifications.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and stay updated on best practices.
