Job summary

Concentra is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our Carson City center. You will perform supervisory duties, evaluate patients, and guide rehabilitation to improve motor function and daily living skills in collaboration with the medical team.

Responsibilities include delivering high-quality care, thorough documentation, and coordinating with other departments. A PT degree is required; a master’s is preferred. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Masters’ Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of high quality patient care services.
• Perform direct patient care, including evaluation of muscle, skeletal, neurological and other physical problems.
• Support and encourage multidisciplinary coordination of treatment.
• Ensure proper documentation of patient care.
• Maintain professional standards through compliance with quality assurance policies/procedures and regulations.
• Communicate with staff, physicians, and patients to ensure coordinated care.
