Job summary

Concentra is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide high quality patient care, conduct evaluations across neuromuscular and skeletal systems, and contribute to rehabilitation in occupational medicine. The role emphasizes collaboration with physicians, documentation, and participant education in therapy programs.

Responsibilities include supervision, treatment planning, and coordination with other departments, with ongoing professional development and adherence to regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Masters’ degree in Physical Therapy preferred.
• Ortho-outpatient experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of high quality patient care services
• Perform direct patient care, including evaluation of muscle, skeletal, neurological and other physical problems
• Support and encourage multidisciplinary coordination of treatment
• Ensure proper documentation of patient care
• Plan, design, implement and interpret physical therapy treatment programs for patients to facilitate recovery
• Educate patients in proper care and use of supports and exercise programs
• Work closely with the physician to ensure comprehensive delivery of services and quality patient care
• Participate in professional development by attending center meetings and outside educational seminars
