Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or Master’s in PT-related field withBachelor’s in PT; or Bachelor's in PT + 5 years PT experience.
• Foreign PT degree must be evaluated for US equivalence.
• Degree requirements may be satisfied with equivalent combinations as outlined above.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork.

Responsibilities
