Qualifications

  • Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice.
  • Master's degree in Physical Therapy, or PT-related field with Bachelor's in PT.
  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years progressive PT experience.
  • Foreign PT degree (if earned outside the U.S.) must be evaluated for U.S. equivalence.

Responsibilities

  • Provide physical therapy assessments and develop recovery plans.
  • Deliver patient-centered PT care in an in-facility setting.
  • Collaborate with Rehab Director and care team to coordinate care.
  • Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and safety.
