Job summary

Pella Regional Health Center is seeking a licensed physical therapist to evaluate, plan, direct and administer therapy modalities as prescribed by physicians, to restore function after injury or disability, and to help patients reach their maximum level of functioning.

The role includes supervising staff, managing department operations within budget, ensuring accurate patient charges, and contributing to quality care on a Monday–Friday day shift.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patients and plans physical therapy interventions as prescribed by physicians.
• Administers treatments and physical agents per referring physicians to restore function and reduce disability.
• Helps patients reach maximum performance while living within their capabilities.
• Coordinates, delegates and supervises supportive staff within the department.
• Monitors budget performance and ensures charges are accurate and entered promptly.
