Job summary

You will restore function, prevent disability, and help patients achieve maximal performance through evidence-based care.

You will evaluate and treat patients, establish care plans, document outcomes, and collaborate with physicians and staff to promote timely recovery and safe discharge.

Qualifications

• Licensure as Physical Therapist in Georgia required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an approved program.

Responsibilities

• Provides cost-effective and high quality care to patients served.
• Establishes a plan of care consistent with medical findings and physician orders; evaluates, monitors, and reassesses patients with proper documentation.
• Coordinates all patient care and collaborates with the team; supports discharge planning.
• Communicates effectively with staff and contributes to department productivity and patient satisfaction.
