Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in physical therapy.
• Current Georgia license to practice physical therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provides cost-effective and high quality care to patients served.
• Establishes a plan of care consistent with medical findings and physician orders.
• Evaluates, monitors, and reassesses patients and documents appropriately.
• Coordinates patient care with an interdisciplinary team.
• Documents treatment procedures per professional standards and payer guidelines.
• Contributes to department operations and maintains productivity standards.
• Delivers timely and compassionate patient care across age groups (child to geriatric).
• Communicates effectively with medical staff and patients to support positive outcomes.
