Responsibilities include documenting goals and progress, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with state Act, OSHA, and Medicare regulations. Qualifications include CAPTE-accredited degree, current state licensure, CPR, and strong communication, with the ability to lift 50 lbs

Qualifications

• Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• Current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Strong clinical problem-solving, communication, and time management abilities.
• Physical ability: lift 50 lbs and stay active during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Care: Evaluate and treat patients for whom therapy is medically necessary.
• Documentation: Maintain timely records of goals, progress, and medical necessity.
• Leadership: Supervise and coach assistants and aides in delivering quality care.
• Compliance: Adhere to state Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.
