Qualifications

• CAPTE-accredited PT program required.
• Current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Strong clinical problem-solving, communication, and time management abilities.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stay active during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care evaluating and treating patients.
• Maintain timely progress notes and documentation.
• Lead and coach assistants and aides to ensure quality care.
• Ensure compliance with state acts, OSHA, and Medicare regulations.
