Job summary

The Ensign Group in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients with functional disorders and wound care needs. You will develop care plans, deliver rehabilitative interventions, and contribute to discharge summaries in compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• PT license is required.
• Open to Physical Therapists at all experience levels.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care.
• Develop appropriate care plans and deliver rehabilitation interventions.
• Administer procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan, including manual techniques and therapeutic exercises.
• Provide discharge summaries and consultation to patients, families, and other care providers.
