Bedrock Rehabilitation and Nursing Center at West Volusia is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) to lead and direct campus Physical Therapy Services, ensuring compliance with current federal, state, and local standards in a long-term care setting.

The PT will plan, implement, and monitor therapy programs, collaborate with medical and nursing staff, and document patient progress to optimize functional outcomes for residents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college or university.
• Holds current license and/or registration in the state.
• No experience required

Responsabilités

• Plans, develops, organizes, implements, and directs physical therapy services.
• Meets with admin, medical, and nursing staff to plan therapy services.
• Develops and maintains physical therapy standards.
• Plans and administers prescribed therapy programs to restore function.
• Performs documentation of evaluations and progress notes.
