• Evaluate patients within 24 hours of physician referral and develop treatment plan.
• Treat patients per physician treatment plan and document progress.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and staff in patient care.
• Record evaluations and daily treatment notes per policy.
• Discharge planning and family education for mobility independence.
