Job summary

Aegis Therapies in Richardson, TX seeks a Program Manager for Outpatient services. You'll lead clinical teams in Assisted Living and Outpatient settings, with a Monday–Friday schedule, no weekends, no evenings, and opportunities to grow leadership skills while delivering high-quality patient care.

As the go-to person on the team, you’ll manage scheduling, liaison with Area Manager, and support continuous staff development with mentorship, education, and collaboration across settings nationwide.

Qualifications

• Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice
• Must meet Clinical Competency requirements
• Current CPR certification, preferred

• As a lead in the building, the Program Manager will treat patients while getting leadership experience with administrative tasks, such as scheduling and serving as a liaison for Area Manager.
