Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy required.
• 0-2 years of experience in a physical therapy setting required.

Responsibilities

• Conducts PT evaluations to assess patient needs and develops individualized treatment plans.
• Administers therapy treatments and documents all interventions.
• Reassesses and adjusts plans to match patient progress and needs.
• Documents evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and billing information.
• Educates patients and families on treatment plans and home exercises.
• Operates therapy equipment safely and maintains a clean, safe environment.
• Collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care.
• Demonstrates competencies for patient demographics and tailors care accordingly.
• Maintains compliance with facility policies including safety and infection control.
• Adapts to changes professionally and resolves issues impacting patient care.
• Performs other duties as assigned and maintains regular attendance.
• Complies with all policies and standards.
