Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy required.
• 0-2 years of experience in a physical therapy setting required.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial PT evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer PT treatments and document interventions.
• Reassess and adjust plans to reflect progress.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and home programs.
• Maintain safe, clean environment and collaborate with team.
