Job summary

Virginia Mason Franciscan Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to support patients in rebuilding or maintaining physical wellbeing, reducing pain, and improving quality of life across the Puget Sound region. You will perform initial evaluations, develop and update individualized plans of care, and provide a variety of direct treatments while meeting patient care productivity standards.

Collaboration with the interdisciplinary team and families, as well as a patient-centered approach

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy Program and completion of Clinical Fieldwork
• Physical Therapist license for WA
• Basic Life Support - CPR

Responsibilities

• Performs initial patient evaluations and develops plans of care
• Implements and updates therapeutic plan of care throughout the course of care
• Completes documentation of Physical Therapy treatment per standards
• Demonstrates cultural sensitivity and effective communication with patients and families
