Job summary

Virginia Mason Franciscan Hospital is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to assess patients, develop plans, and deliver direct care aimed at restoring mobility and function. You will educate patients on home exercise programs, document outcomes, and collaborate with the rehab team through discharge planning.

Requirements include an active state PT license, BLS within 30 days, and ACLS/PALS within six months. Prior experience and ASLS are preferred.

Qualifications

• Current state Physical Therapist license is required.
• BLS certification must be completed within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS and PALS are required within six months of hire.
• One year of experience preferred.
• ASLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct PT assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide direct patient care to restore strength, mobility, and function.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.
• Document treatment sessions and patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with rehab teams and participate in discharge planning.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
