Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy Program and Clinical Fieldwork.
• State license as Physical Therapist upon hire.
• BLS/CPR certification required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide a variety of direct treatments and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and families.
• Document care and ensure compliance with hospital standards.
