AdvisaCare is seeking licensed Physical Therapists in Michigan to provide in-home PT services, traveling to client homes to improve mobility and function.

You’ll tailor plans for real-life activities, teach exercises, and coordinate with families and the health team. We value independence, strong communication, and a compassionate approach.

Qualifications

• Active Michigan Physical Therapist license.
• Home health experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and patient-centered approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

What We’re Looking For:

• A valid and active Physical Therapist license in the state of Michigan.

• Experience in physical therapy, especially in a home health setting, is a plus but not required.

• Great communication skills and a friendly demeanor that connects with patients and their families.

• The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.

• A desire to learn and grow in your role, with a compassionate approach to patient care.

• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for home visits.
