Job summary

AdvisaCare in Michigan is seeking licensed Physical Therapists to provide in-home PT services across Oakland, Macomb and Wayne counties. You will travel to client homes, assess movement and mobility, and create real-life recovery plans.

We welcome new grads and seasoned pros who value autonomy, flexible scheduling, and meaningful impact while delivering high-quality care in patients' homes.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Michigan with active license.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication with patients and families.
• Valid driver's license for home visits.
• Experience in home health is a plus.

What We're Looking For:

• A valid and active Physical Therapist license in the state of Michigan.
• Experience in physical therapy, especially in a home health setting, is a plus but not required.
• Great communication skills and a friendly demeanor that connects with patients and their families.
• The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
• A desire to learn and grow in your role, with a compassionate approach to patient care.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for home visits.
