Ideal candidates hold an Illinois license and have SNF/long-term care experience, with up-to-date knowledge of treatment practices and PCC documentation.

Competenze
- Active Illinois license in Physical Therapy is required.
- SNF/long-term care experience preferred.
- Up-to-date knowledge of current PT treatment practices.
- Familiarity with PCC Electronic Documentation System preferred.
Mansioni
- Assessing and interpreting patient evaluations and test results.
- Developing treatment plans using a variety of treatment techniques.
- Creating personalized rehabilitation programs for patients.
- Administering medically prescribed physical therapy treatments to relieve pain, improve or restore function, and promote healing.
