Job summary

Progressive Rehab Solutions is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to evaluate, plan, and implement individualized therapy programs in a Palestine, TX setting. The role focuses on improving mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence for long-term care patients.

The PT will develop treatment plans, execute interventions, educate patients and families, and ensure accurate documentation while complying with regulations.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• One year of experience in long-term care or rehabilitation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' mobility, strength, balance, and functional abilities to plan care.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments and physician orders.
• Implement gait, transfer, and therapeutic exercise programs to improve mobility.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and home programs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and supervise PTAs as applicable.
