Job summary

Responsibilities include performing evaluations, developing individualized plans, educating patients, documenting progress, and supervising PTAs while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Bachelor’s/Master’s in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state license to practice Physical Therapy in good standing.
• Experience in long-term care or rehabilitation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and modalities.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment and home programs.
• Document progress in compliance with regulations.
• Supervise PTAs and aides per state law.
