Job summary

Confluent Health LLC is seeking a Coverage Team Physical Therapist to travel between San Antonio region clinics, delivering evidence-based care and coordinating patient plans of care. You will collaborate with a network of clinicians, with autonomy and mentorship built into daily work, and opportunities across Full Time, Part Time, or PRN roles.

Compensation includes NEW rates of $44-48/hour with a potential sign-on bonus up to $5K for Full Time, weekly bonus based on patient volume, mileage

Qualifications

• Licensed PT with ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice.
• Demonstrated commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Travel between clinics in the region based on coverage needs.
• Assess movement dysfunction through patient history and exam; develop plans of care.
• Deliver interventions (therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education) to improve function and reduce pain.
• Track patient outcomes and adjust approach based on progress.
• Serve as trusted patient advocate throughout recovery journey.
