Job summary

Texas Physical Therapy Specialists, a member of the Confluent Health family, is seeking a Coverage Team Physical Therapist to join a clinician‑driven network with autonomy and mentorship. With fewer than 12 patients per day and a flexible schedule including Full Time, Part Time, or PRN, you’ll help deliver high‑quality care across the San Antonio region.

You’ll travel between clinics, assess movement dysfunction, create evidence‑based plans, and deliver skilled interventions to improve function

• Passion for evidence‑based, patient‑centered care.

Responsibilities

• Traveling between clinics in the region based on coverage needs.

• Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re‑education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
• Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
• Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.

About

Compensation: $44-46/Hr + Up to $5K Sign On Bonus (Full Time) + weekly bonus based on patient volume up to an additional + Mileage reimbursement for select locations, average less than 12 patients per day, and virtually unlimited CEUs! Benefits can include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
