Sigma Health Rehab is recruiting a weekend Physical Therapist (PT) at Ontario Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing in Canandaigua, NY. Our team includes compassionate physical, occupational, and speech therapists providing rehab in a state-of-the-art rehab gym.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Current New York State PT License.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents conditions & develop appropriate physical rehabilitation plans.
• Relieve resident’s pain using exercises, hands-on therapy & stretching.
• Help residents through their tasks and monitor their performance.
• Supervise the activities of physical therapy assistants.
• Maintain resident confidence & protects facility by keeping information confidential.
• Complies with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements.
• Maintains a cooperative relationship among healthcare team members &contributes to team effort.

Education

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
