Job summary

MaineGeneral HomeCare & Hospice is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist for home care services in Maine. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available for experienced therapists, with a minimum commitment of 30 hours per week and a flexible schedule of 32 or 40 hours.

The role involves independent practice in patients' homes with strong team support. Qualified candidates will hold current Maine PT licensure or eligibility, have at least 1 year of PT experience, and possess a valid Maine driver’s

Responsibilities

  • Perform initial and ongoing assessments to evaluate patient needs.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based care plans.
  • Document patient progress and update plans accordingly.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on therapy goals, exercises, and equipment.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support care transitions.
  • Provide supervision to Physical Therapy Assistants as allowed.

Job Description

$10,000 sign-on bonus potential for experienced Physical Therapists! Available to candidates with at least one year of experience. Must commit to a minimum of 30 hours per week. Not available to current MaineGeneral employees or former employees separated for less than one year.

What You’ll Do

Compensation Information

$45.60 - $79.80 The hourly pay range shown represents the base pay range for this position. Individual pay is determined based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, and market considerations. In addition to base pay, eligible team members may earn additional compensation through shift, weekend, holiday, on-call, and other applicable differentials.
