Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Treasure Coast in Florida is seeking a Physical Therapist for a full-time role with a $15,000 sign-on bonus. You will provide direct inpatient PT, supervise care, and tailor treatment plans to restore function and independence.

You will work with a supportive team using advanced PT facilities and technology, pursue ongoing education, and build lasting relationships with patients while advancing your professional growth.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor's Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct inpatient care to patients in need of physical therapy.
• Supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns.
• Building meaningful relationships with patients by taking the time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support their recovery.
