Step Up Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist to join the Century Center for Rehabilitation and Healing SNF in Century, FL. This full-time role supports residents with skilled PT services in a dedicated rehab gym, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus and competitive benefits.

Hires include medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plans. Applicants must be a graduate of an accredited PT program with an active Florida license (or license-eligible).

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited PT program.
• Active Florida PT license required or license-eligible.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.
