Job summary

Preferred Therapy Solutions, LLC in Wallingford, CT is seeking a Per-Diem Physical Therapist to join our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab team. This PRN position offers flexible hours and the chance to work across our local rosters while delivering compassionate therapy to residents.

You will provide comprehensive PT services, collaborate with rehab therapists and nursing staff, maintain timely documentation, and hold a current PT license or be license eligible in CT.
