Preferred Therapy Solutions seeks a Physical Therapist (PT/RPT) to provide compassionate therapy in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility in Glastonbury, CT. You will work with rehab and nursing teams to deliver high-quality care and maintain accurate documentation.

Must hold a CT-appropriate PT license or be license eligible; Excel and Outlook proficiency is preferred. PTO is generous; education support is offered, and hours are flexible to balance work and family commitments.

Formación

• Current Physical Therapist license or license eligible in CT.
• Proficient with electronic documentation and basic MS Office tools.
• Strong attention to detail and timeliness in coding and notes.

Come join our team and be part of our success!**Job Requirements:*** Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting* Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment* Possess a current Physical Therapist, (PT / RPT), license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed* Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation* Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation* Work well with others in a team setting* Be flexible with hours.**Good Faith Rate Range:** $55/hr - $60/hr
