Job summary

Preferred Therapy Solutions, LLC is seeking a Per Diem Physical Therapist to provide comprehensive therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing unit in Glastonbury, CT. The role emphasizes teamwork with rehab and nursing staff to support resident independence and quality care.

Eligible candidates should hold a current PT license in CT (or be license eligible), have strong computer skills with Office apps, and possess experience with electronic documentation.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current Physical Therapist license or be license eligible to practice in Connecticut.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel; experience with electronic documentation.
• Excellent attention to detail and timely documentation; able to work well in a team setting and be flexible with hours.
