Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services - Treasure Coast is seeking Licensed Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants to provide in-home therapy on O’ahu, HI. Per diem positions offer flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work with seniors in their homes.

Responsibilities include performing evaluations, updating care plans, and documenting progress for the care team. Hawaii PT or PTA licensure and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Hawaii license as PT or PTA.
• 1+ year clinical home health experience.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home physical therapy visits.
• Complete evaluations, reassessments, and fall risk assessments.

Potential to Earn $100,000-$120,000/Year

Pay:

• PT: $80 per visit
• PTA: $55-$60 per visit

Location: O'ahu, HI (reliable transportation required)

Schedule: Flexible / Per diem - choose your own patients
