Job summary

O'ahu is hiring licensed Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants for in-home visits on O'ahu, HI. This per diem role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to impact seniors' independence through home-based therapy.

Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, reassessments, fall risk assessments, and documenting progress for the care team. A Hawaii license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Hawaii license to practice PT or PTA.
• 1+ year of clinical experience (home health preferred).
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
