Concept Rehab & Engage Consulting in Dayton, OH is seeking PRN Physical Therapists (PTs) to support multiple skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities in the Dayton market. You will evaluate residents, develop treatment plans, and provide skilled PT services to improve mobility and independence.

The role offers flexible PRN scheduling with opportunities across several facilities, aiming to place clinicians near their preferred locations and commute.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy
• Current Physical Therapist license in the State of Ohio
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide skilled physical therapy services to improve mobility, strength, function, and quality of life
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Supervise PTAs as required
• Participate in care planning and discharge planning
• Recommend appropriate equipment and interventions to support patient outcomes
• Complete timely, accurate documentation and billing
• Educate patients, families, and facility staff on maintenance and restorative programs

We are currently seeking PRN Physical Therapists (PTs) to support multiple skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities throughout the Dayton, Ohio market.

Opportunities are available in:

• Dayton
• Kettering
• Centerville
• Yellow Springs
• Waynesville

Candidates are not expected to work at all locations. Facility assignment is based on applicant preference, scheduling availability, and geographic convenience.

This position supports a network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities throughout the greater Dayton area. During the interview process, our recruiting team will discuss preferred work locations and travel expectations with each candidate.
