Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist license in Michigan or eligible for licensure.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Strong clinical and communication skills with organized approach.
• Compassionate, patient-focused mindset; post-acute experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans.
• Provide skilled PT interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance and function.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Document evaluations, treatments and progress timely and accurately.
• Collaborate with PTAs, nursing staff, physicians and other team members.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
• Provide skilled physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance and function
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Document evaluations, treatments and progress accurately and timelyCollaborate with PTAs, nursing staff, physicians and other members of the healthcare team
• Help patients achieve greater independence and quality of life

What We're Looking For

• Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Michigan
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current or eligible Michigan PT licensure
• Strong clinical, communication and organizational skills
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach
• Skilled nursing, rehabilitation or post-acute experience is a plus, but not required
