Job summary

You will evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, implement interventions to improve balance, endurance, and functional mobility, and communicate progress with residents and families.

Qualifications

• Doctorate, Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active Indiana PT license.
• Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services and develop individualized treatment plans based on residents’ needs and functional goals.

This is a great opportunity for a motivated clinician to provide hands‑on therapy and help residents regain strength, function, and mobility—while enjoying a flexible, part-time schedule.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide physical therapy services and develop individualized treatment plans based on residents’ needs and functional goals
