Central Gardens Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our in‑house rehabilitation team for a consistent PRN weekend opportunity. This position is ideal for an experienced clinician or a therapist looking for a flexible weekend schedule while making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.
Weekend coverage: Saturday or Sunday — flexible based on your availability
Hours: 5–8 hours per weekend on a consistent basis
Pay: $68–$72/hour
Additional hours: Opportunity to pick up additional hours if desired
