Job summary

Mercy Rehabilitation Hospital; Northwest Arkansas is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients across a spectrum of conditions at our Rogers, AR site. You will develop customized treatment plans and provide hands-on therapy to improve strength, mobility, and functional independence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Strong clinical knowledge and ability to build rapport with patients.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with a wide range of physical conditions.
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's goals.
• Deliver hands-on therapy to improve strength, mobility, and functional ability.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and long-term wellness.
• Document progress clearly and accurately in patient records.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary rehab team to support coordinated care and discharge planning.
• Contribute to additional clinical duties as needed.

How you'll contribute

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a rehab setting (preferred but not required)
• Current, active PT license
• CPR certification
