Elara Caring is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality care in patients' homes across Maine. You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and provide therapy services in home settings, coordinating with physicians and the care team.

Applicants must be graduates of an APTA-approved PT program, hold an active PT license in the state, have at least one year of healthcare facility experience, and be able to travel between patient homes with reliable transportation.

Competenze

• Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) approved physical therapy program.
• Current, unrestricted PT license valid for the state of work.
• Minimum one year of experience in a healthcare facility.
• Must possess a valid driver's license or reliable transportation to travel between patient homes and assigned work locations.
• Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including positioning or transferring patients and moving equipment.

Requirements

• Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) approved physical therapy program
• Current, unrestricted PT license valid for the state of work
• Minimum one (1) year of experience in a healthcare facility
• Must possess a valid driver's license, maintain an acceptable driving record, OR have reliable transportation to travel between patient homes and assigned work locations.
• Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including positioning or transferring patients and moving equipment
