Compensation and Benefits

Salary range: $48 - $55 per hour. Hired candidates are expected to be paid within this range; however, exceptions may apply.

Role Responsibilities

1. Evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and assist in their recovery. Educate nursing staff and families on follow-up programs.
2. Communicate patient progress or issues to team members; assist with scheduling and billing.
3. Document patient care in compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards.
4. Instruct families and nursing staff on follow-through programs.
5. Maintain equipment and work environment safety and cleanliness.
6. Adhere to the company's code of conduct, compliance standards, professional standards, and legal requirements.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current, unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
