Job summary

Sprenger Therapy in-house rehabilitation team is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver patient-centered care in a family-owned setting. You’ll focus on meaningful outcomes, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and protect therapy time from routine non-therapy tasks.

Qualifications

• PT degree from an accredited program is required.
• Current PT license or license-eligibility in the applicable state.
• Commitment to patient-first, outcomes-driven care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans with families and care teams.
• Deliver PT services to restore mobility, strength, function and independence.
• Perform screenings to identify residents who need intervention.
• Supervise and collaborate with PTA staff.
• Initiate referrals per department procedures and document outcomes.
