Job summary

Sprenger Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide patient-centered in-house care within our family-owned senior living network. You will collaborate with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team to restore mobility and independence.

We value clinical judgment, autonomy, and ongoing mentorship for new graduates, with supportive leadership and a stable culture across 12 facilities in Ohio and South Carolina.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current PT license or license-eligible.
• New graduates welcome; mentorship provided from day one.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Provide physical therapy services focused on restoring mobility, strength, function, and independence.
• Conduct screenings and identify residents who would benefit from intervention.
• Supervise and collaborate with PTA staff as applicable.
• Initiate referrals when appropriate in accordance with department procedures.
• Document clearly and efficiently in support of quality outcomes.
