Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

Essential Job Functions

• Provides physical therapy services to residents and initiates referrals as appropriate, following department procedures
• Conducts resident screenings at regular intervals to determine treatment needs
• Evaluates residents to gather data for treatment planning and conducts specialized evaluations as needed
• Coordinates treatment plans with residents, families, and team members
• Implements and conducts treatments outlined in the plan
