Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Successful completion of the National Certification Examination for Registered Physical Therapists.

Essential Job Functions

• Provides physical therapy services to residents and initiates referrals when appropriate, following department procedures.
• Conducts resident screenings at regular intervals to determine intervention needs.
• Evaluates residents to gather data for treatment planning and conducts specialized evaluations as needed.
• Coordinates treatment plans with residents, families, and team members.
• Implements and conducts treatments as outlined in the plan.
