What you will do in this role:

• Utilize your physical therapy skills to evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and assist in their recovery. Educate nursing staff and families on follow-through programs to build on patient progress.
• Communicate patient progress or issues to supervisors and team members; assist with scheduling and post charges in patient records.
• Document patient care in compliance with regulatory, licensing, payer, and accreditation standards.
• Instruct patients’ families and nursing staff on follow-up programs.
• Maintain equipment and work areas in a safe and clean condition.
• Perform responsibilities in accordance with the Company's Code of Business Conduct, Compliance policies, professional standards, and applicable laws.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
