• Evaluate patient conditions, develop treatment plans, and assist in their recovery. Instruct nursing staff and families on follow-up programs.
• Communicate patient progress and issues to the team; assist with scheduling and documentation.
• Document patient care in compliance with regulations and standards.
• Maintain equipment and work environment safety and cleanliness.
• Adhere to company policies, professional standards, and legal requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current, unrestricted Physical Therapy license in Alabama
• CPR certification
• Strong organizational and communication skills
